MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA – With an international reputation for being one of the best places in the world to party, Miami Beach offers something for everyone. From some of the largest venues, to luxurious and exclusive settings, to dancefloors that never stop, the city’s nightclubs deliver.
To start, a staple on Miami Beach’s nightlife, Mynt Lounge, at 1921 Collins Avenue has been filling the city’s night with glamour and fun for almost twenty years. Not an easy task in a city with ferocious competition in that department. Mynt is a favorite of the international jet setting crowd, with a constant line to get in, and themes and House music DJ’s to spice up the nights.
Another favorite among the chic crowd in town is Bagatelle at 220 21st St, “where French Mediterranean atmosphere and cuisine meets sultry SoBe culture.” The name is known for exclusive parties around the world, with locations in the most cosmopolitan cities such as New York, St. Barth, London and Rio de Janeiro.
Raffaele Mitrugno, General Manager for Bagatelle Miami Beach, shared, “[N]othing tops or Rock’N’Baga Tuesday’s where Bagatelle becomes one of Miami’s most unique parties. Every Wednesday we have our Bagatelle Bacchanal, where we have BYOB (Bring Your Own Bottle) with no corkage fee and half off the entire top of the line wine and champagne list.”
If size matters when it comes to clubbing, then STORY at 163 Collins Avenue, would probably top the list. With five different bars and endless dancefloors, the venue is known for bringing in world-famous DJ’s and artists, such as DJ Steve Aoki, who will be taking the stage Friday September 27th, admission is $30.
Another posh club, also considerable in size and constantly presenting artists, is LIV at the Fontainebleau Hotel at 4441 Collins Avenue. This epic local is known for its love of hip hop, house and sometimes even Latin music. This Saturday September 14th, there will be a show staring Robin Schulz, where general admission is $50, and VIP Table Packages range from $2,000 up to $8,000.
A more exclusive experience in yet another luxurious Miami Beach hotel, is the Wall at the W Hotel at 2201 Collins Avenue. Known for its “dramatically lit interior, and chic crowds,” this is a tough spot to get in without connections or reservations.
Lastly, E11EVEN at 29 NE 11th St, opened a few years ago, and even though it is not in Miami Beach, it is already at the top all the hottest nightspots lists. This gigantic location is a club, performing venue, and cabaret act all rolled up into one, for a unique nightlife experience.
At E11EVEN, “world class aerialists, acrobats, contortionists, and dancers bring the highest level of circus and performance art, choreographed to original music against the backdrop of the state-of-the-art sound and lighting technology.” While Friday and Saturday are their most popular nights, the club in Vegas-style is opened 24 hours a day, every day of the week.
