MIAMI BEACH, Florida – The Institute of Financial Wellness for the Arts (IFWA) in partnership with Faena Theater, is thrilled to bring back the live music series, “Rock the Mic”, starting this November 18th at 7:30 PM at 3201 Collins Avenue.
Rock the Mic is the ultimate karaoke experience for locals, emerging talent, and tourists to enjoy. IFWA’s house band will be performing a wide range of songs in various styles such as Rock, Reggae, Country, Latin and Top 40 Hits, for attendees to choose which song they wish to use to display their singing talents, or just watch and have fun.
Grammy Award-winning drummer and IFWA’s Director of Artist Relations, Rees Bridges leads IFWA’s band. The event will also be hosted by Latin artist, Arias Martin, Djette Kiwi will feature some eclectic tunes, and there will be a special appearance by renowned magician, Alex Ramon.
In addition, guests will be able to relive their minutes of fame and on-stage debut at Faena Theater, as full-length video of the performances, shot in four different angles and even edited on the spot, will be provided.

She continued, “As well as simultaneously celebrate the talent and diversity of the Miami arts and entertainment community.”
Rock the Mic is admission free, however, RSVP is recommended. Additional events date will be announced soon.
