EVENT:
Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony #onLincoln @ Euclid Stage Folly (Miami Beach) – Join the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District and some special friends for the Lincoln Road Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on Friday, November 29th, 2019, from 4PM to 7:30 PM at the Euclid Oval located at the intersection of Euclid Avenue and Lincoln Road.

An excellent kickoff to the holiday season, coinciding with the traditional post-Thanksgiving, shopping day, the Lincoln Road Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony will include: ornament making, caroling, a Children’s Countdown to light the tree and one or two other surprises, all free and open to the public.

The festivities will commence at 4PM with a Christmas Tree Ornament Making Workshop where participants can make an ornament and a memory for holidays into the future. Caroling commences at 6:30 PM led by the Rockstarz Holiday Carolers, a merry band of local singers who will help keep everyone on-key, or somewhere near it, with holiday favorites new and old.

Children’s Countdown and tree lighting will follow at 7PM, when they will throw the switch lighting Lincoln Road’s 30 foot, doubly lit Majestic Mountain Pine. The Rockstarz Holiday Carolers will complete the evening with more merriment and singing, all made possible by the Lincoln Road Business Improvement District in partnership with the City of Miami Beach.

Bodega South Beach (South Beach)
When you first show up at Bodega, you could easily mistake it for a popular neighborhood taqueria. Look around for a guy with an earpiece at the back of the room and tell him your friend sent you, and you might just get directed to a back door that looks like an entrance to a Porta Potti. Pass through here and you’ll enter a graffiti-filled men’s washroom. It’s only after passing through yet another door that you will enter one of South Beach’s hot hidden nightclubs. The mixologists have an extensive menu that relies heavily on “illegal” mezcal, and the DJ keeps the room pumping all through the night. It caters to a friendly, over 21’s crowd and makes for a good introduction to the South Beach scene minus the cover charge and lineups that you’ll find at clubs closer to the beach.
Bodega South Beach – Monday – Sunday from 12PM – 4AM.
