Marlins Adopt-O-Mania @ Marlins Park (Miami) – The eighth annual Adopt-O-Mania pet adoption event is coming back to Marlins Park! Today Sunday, July 14, hundreds of dogs and cats will be available for adoption on the West Plaza at Marlins Park from 9AM-6PM until one hour after the end of the game. The game starts at 1.10 PM with gates opening at 11.30 AM.

We are waiving adoption fees for all animals this year, so adopters will only be responsible for the $30 licensing fee for dogs over 4 months old.

And the deal keeps getting better with Adopt-O-Mania scheduled on the same day as Bark at the Park, so fans can take their newly adopted dog into the ballpark to watch the Marlins take on the New York Mets. Also, the first 150 people to adopt a dog or cat will receive a pair of vouchers redeemable for any Monday – Friday regular season home game in 2019.

In addition to free pet adoptions, Animal Services and partner organizations will offer free spay/neuter surgeries* for dogs and cats on site in two mobile clinics. Spay/neuter surgeries are by appointment only, and space is limited. To schedule an appointment, please call 311.

Visit the event page for more information.

Bodega South Beach (South Beach)
When you first show up at Bodega, you could easily mistake it for a popular neighborhood taqueria. Look around for a guy with an earpiece at the back of the room and tell him your friend sent you, and you might just get directed to a back door that looks like an entrance to a Porta Potti. Pass through here and you’ll enter a graffiti-filled men’s washroom. It’s only after passing through yet another door that you will enter one of South Beach’s hot hidden nightclubs. The mixologists have an extensive menu that relies heavily on “illegal” mezcal, and the DJ keeps the room pumping all through the night. It caters to a friendly, over 21’s crowd and makes for a good introduction to the South Beach scene minus the cover charge and lineups that you’ll find at clubs closer to the beach.
Bodega South Beach – Monday – Sunday from 12PM – 4AM.

Mac’s Club Deuce ♣️ (Miami Beach)
Laid-back ambiance, rustic decor, pool tables & jukebox make this SoBe institution a local hangout. What Mac’s Club Deuce has done in South Beach is nothing short of a miracle. Miami Vice threw its cast party here. Playboy named it one of the best bars in America. And the late Anthony Bourdain said it was one of his favorite spots in the world. In a city that changes like an indecisive chameleon, an island always for sale to the highest bidder, Mac’s joint has remained a pristine, neon-lit paradise untouched by outside forces.
